Setup is a very simple plug-and-play process with no tools required. Locate the electronic throttle pedal connector in the driver's footwell, disconnect the factory plug, connect the Roar controller inline between the pedal and factory harness, mount the display unit on your dashboard, and start your vehicle.

Does a throttle controller increase horsepower?

The throttle controller adjusts how quickly your vehicle's existing power is delivered. It does not increase horsepower or torque. It remaps the throttle signal so you feel the power sooner, eliminating the factory-programmed delay between pressing the pedal and the vehicle responding.
